Coffee & Coaching
is a pilot that has been run with millennials. A 90 minute introductory session in a coffee shop, having conversations and working together. I have built a reputation amongst business leaders as a highly successful and experienced HR Professional with over 30 year’s practical experience within healthcare and financial services businesses. This includes most recently over 15 years with Bupa, operating at senior executive level in the UK, US, Hong Kong and Spain working successfully across international boundaries and cultural differences.
I have led a number of global people functions, and am respected as a strategic and commercial thinker who has led Organisations through large transformational change, established performance cultures and created a place where people loved working.
