My approach to coaching is built on a strong desire to help people UNLOCK THEIR POTENTIAL, to be the best they can and want to be, and to understand and achieve their aspirations in whatever circumstances they are. I work alongside people, starting with where they are today, helping them discover where they want to be and then supporting, challenging and partnering them on their journey.

I am driven by a strong set of values, have a high level of integrity, exceptional influencing and relationship skills and strong emotional intelligence. My skill and ambition is in really understanding what motivates people, getting to the trigger in each person that will enable them to fulfil their aspirations.
I am an experienced global people director with over 30 years’ experience in organisations, 15 of which have been at senior executive level. I love and have focused my career in working alongside leaders, CEO’s and Executive teams, coaching and challenging them both in personal development and in enabling the delivery of commercial success. I am passionate about focusing leaders on hiring, developing and progressing great talent and helping them be the best leader they can be.
I have also always had a heart and passion for young people, those starting out and also early on in their career. I am excited at the prospect of working individually with millennials, really helping them understand themselves, their ambitions and dreams and explore ways to make those a reality. I have seen through my recent pilot of @coffeeandcoaching the difference coaching can make to those at this stage of life. I feel passionately that working alongside millennials creates more freedom for them in their life and career at an early stage.
I have always been keen to use my skills where I know I can make a real difference. I have worked closely in the community in which I live volunteering as a youth worker and am involved with a charity as an Ambassador and Volunteer. This has involved me working for two summers in a Ghanaian Orphanage for the Raising Hope Foundation, fundraising, teaching, and participating in manual activities throughout the local villages.
